Tomáz de Mello Jr. was a Portuguese painter who lived in the 19th and 20th centuries. He was a disciple of Miguel Angelo Lupi and the Lisbon School of Fine Arts. He became known for his maritime and landscape paintings, particularly for his romantic depictions of Sintra. Mello Jr. participated in several exhibitions of the Grémio Artístico and the Sociedade Nacional de Belas-Artes
